I would like to share my experience doing business with The Team Factory, in particular with Octavio Rodriguez “Tavo”.

My name is Diego Garcia I own Leftside Printing in Richmond California. I was refereed to this company by a customer who shopped with your company.

When I called 4 years ago a representative help me with quotes and was very helpful. When I called back a few weeks later Tavo helped me out and has been helping me ever since.  In the last 4 years of doing business we have purchased over $10,000.00 with your company. Tavo has helped with 90% of my orders and he’s always been very helpful, respectful and professional. For example last year I place an order for one of my high school customers and Tavo gave me some recommendations on the uniforms and made sure he reminded me of High School guidelines regarding high school uniforms. I mentioned it to my customer and his recommendations saved us headaches and lots of money. In another sale my customer made a mistake and I called Tavo for assistance and right away he took care of me with best suggestions and a discount to pass down to my customer. But the best was the Christmas card we received from the Soccer Factory. I really would like to thank Tavo and The Team Factory and The Soccer Factory for the business and for always being so helpful.

I order soccer apparel from several companies, but personally, I prefer The Team Factory because of the competitive prices but more because of the professional customer service.
